The overall mission of the Into The Light (ITL) Develop Assistant (DA) position will be to embody the mission and vision of Into the Light to the community, donors, and volunteers. The DA will be a demonstrated leader, able to skillfully represent Into the Light to donors, prospects, and the public. They will be an active participant in strategic discussions and plans about current and anticipated priorities, opportunities, and the future direction of the agency in the NWA region.
